States, Cities With the Worst Foreclosure Rates | Realtor Magazine

Foreclosure filings are down 24% from a year ago, but some pockets of the country still are seeing elevated levels, according to a new report from ATTOM Data Solutions, a real estate data firm. Overall, one in every 2,554 U.S. properties received a foreclosure filing in August.
The states with the worst foreclosure rates were:
Delaware (one in every 1,106 housing units)
New Jersey (one in every 1,192)
Maryland (one in every 1,218)
Illinois (one in every 1,562)
Florida (one in every 1,633)
